300° for 30-45 minutes. Bones and fat take a fine amount of smoke, perfect cook.

    Best rack of lamb I’ve ever seen on here. Folks tend to overcook lamb to a criminal degree on here.

    Rack of lamb and rack of pork (cut into double bone chops) are my fancy pants meal I cook for friends and family.

    Wet brine, smoke, sear. Always a big hit.
