Ingredients
2/3 cup green olives
2/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
1 cup tomatoes (cut in big chunks)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh basil
2-inch slice red onion
Toasted French bread for serving

Place all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor, and pulse into a chunky paste.

Serve with toasted French bread.
