I love this salad for a quick and filling go to: 1 grapefruit (peeled and diced), 1 orange (peeled and diced), 1/2 cup chopped red onion, 15 green pitted olives, salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder to taste. If you want to make it even more substantial, it goes great with adding in a little packet of tuna into this. 250 calories for the WHOLE THING. Entire recipe. So it's super nice for filling bulk but low cal.
