RECIPE: Gazpacho on a stick

8 nice small/medium tomatoes (Cut into manageable chunks)½ red bell pepper (diced)1 reasonable cucumber (Cut into manageable chunks)1 poblano pepper (Cut into manageable chunks)1 lemon1 big shallot (diced)1 clove garlicOlive oil (1 tablespoon)Vinegar (1 tablespoon)Salt and pepper to taste

Enter all ingredients into a vessel to be pulverized by force. In my case, I’ll use a stick blender. Once complete, run through a mesh strainer to remove chunks, and serve in wine glasses. Topped with oil, croutons, lemon zest, diced tomatoes and chives.
