Since November of 2022, over 600 viewers have reported that they won first place in either their work, church, or neighborhood chili cook off with this exact recipe. Brown and drain three lbs of ground beef. That’s 8020. The ground beef is drained. Now, I’m adding in one lb of spicy breakfast sausage. I will not drain that. While the sausage is cooking, I’m adding in 6 oz of tomato paste. The sausage is cooked through. Now I’m adding one large onion chopped, two large fresh jalapenos, 4 oz of Hatch green chili, 2 tablespoons of freshly spooned garlic, 3 oz of Williams original chili seasoning, 44 oz of diced tomatoes, 44 oz of tomato sauce. Want to stir everything together really well and bring it up to a simmer and let simmer with the lid on for 1 hour. It’s been an hour now. I’m adding in three 15 1/2 ounce cans of Bush’s chili magic campfire style. You want to stir these in really well. Put the lid on and back to a simmer for 30 more minutes. When it’s finished cooking, this is what it should look like. Y’all already know I’m going to add a splash of my Zippy Zap to mine. Written recipe can be found on page 177.

Mouthwateringly Delicious!!!
Its November? Man where did September and October go? Do like me some good chili though! Plus can't skip over Thanksgiving my favorite holiday!
Pete I apreciate the trouble you went to. to Freshly SPOON that Garlic.
Chili doesn't need beans.
That’s not chili. That’s chili with beans
I'm going to try it. But I got to say I've been making my Aunt's Chilli since I was 15. Takes 4 hours to simmer with just A few bubbles at a time. I always keep some in my fridge. I hope you impress me cause you got a beat a recipe I have used for 55 yrs… I don't use burger, Sirloin steak.
If you can afford ground beef. 😬
I’ve made this, it’s outstanding. But too hot for the wife. Williams chili seasoning is too hot for her. Trying to find a mild to substitute chili powder?
if you can cook it in a pot
This guy will cook it better
Love this channel
🍻
Need to pour a little flat beer into it
This isn't a chilli recipe anymore. This has officially graduated to a public service.
I've done this but as a vegetarian recipe Which probably won't get the Texas Cowboy's approval 😄 but it makes for some awesome comfort food. And also demonstrates the versatility of your core recipe
Could u do is in a crock pot if so how would u do it
I think of 600 people have reported that Hank hill sells propane and propane excessories
I can attest to that. Won last year's church chili potluck. 😋
That is a real good one!
Williams is the bomb- from KC here, where it is made (Lenexa, KS).
