    Amazing! Pardon the dumb question, but is the fermentation solution a vinegar mixture? New to the process and have seen different ways to ferment but this looks super interesting.

    How does the lemon and peach sauce taste? And what is in the bottom of the middle jar? I usually just add Garlic and carrot
