Mini Frittata with Black Bread – Austrian Airfryer Style
Quick, tasty, and made from fridge leftovers. Cooked in the Airfryer, but works just as well in any oven!

# Ingredients (1–2 servings):
* 1 slice of black bread (Schwarzbrot) – ~$0.40 / €0.35 * 2 eggs – ~$0.60 / €0.55 * 1 red bell pepper – ~$0.80 / €0.75 * ½ onion – ~$0.20 / €0.18 * Salt, pepper, chili flakes – ~$0.10 / €0.10 * A dash of olive oil – ~$0.10 / €0.10 * A handful of shredded pizza cheese – ~$0.40 / €0.35 * Fresh basil (optional) – ~$0.20 / €0.18
**Estimated total cost:** 🇺🇸 **~$2.80** 🇪🇺 **~€2.56**
# Instructions:
1. Chop everything 2. Mix with the eggs and season well. 3. Fill into small ramekins or silicone molds. 4. Airfry at **185°C (365°F)** for **7 minutes**. Or 10 minutes in an oven. 5. After 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top. 6. Finish with fresh basil before serving.
