    I get these a lot but they’re usually tough when grilled. Perfect when slow cooked for making tacos though 🤤

    I won’t give my opinion on how you did since I’m not a gentleman, but tri-tip is very versatile – especially for the cost. Even better when it’s cooked to bring out some tenderness, like a reverse sear or sous vide.

    Love tri tip. My first steak I bought some tri tip steaks for steak sandwiches and it was amazing. Got a whole one and smoked it and it was amazing.
