One of Birmingham’s favorite Mediterranean restaurants just opened its 13th location in the metro area: Taziki’s Mediterranean Café is now open in the Knox Square shopping center in Hoover. The new location of this beloved fast-casual eatery is reminiscent of its other locations across Birmingham, with all of the Greek goodness you’re used to, from the chicken roll-ups and gyros to salads, which can be enjoyed in its inside dining space or outdoors on its lovely patio.
