I have acess to a bumper crop of tomatoes this weekend and want to make some medium to mild salsa without spending all weekend doing it. I know these are not the ideal variety of tomatoes but it's what I have. Any recipe suggestions?

    This is the only salsa I make anymore. Its very easy to put together and tastes great, my wife and kids love it. I do 3-4 batches a year to get 30-40 pints. The recipe says 6 pints, but I follow it to a T and usually get around 10 pints.
