Labor Day Brisket Family Weekend Lunch

Got to the last hour of perfection and missed the temp alarm by several degrees. But…. Somehow, after letting it rest for 5 hours, it was still wonderful. I don’t do brisket often, I enjoy my sleep 🤣.
