INGREDIENTS:

250g beef sirloin, sliced into bite-sized pieces
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional to give it a nice color)

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium carrot, sliced as desired
1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces, washed and drained
120g snow peas, trimmed
Half of red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
Half of yellow bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp of sesame oil
