I’ve never seen this before, frozen pack of chicken wings. Do I just cut it out or what?

Personally, as someone who has had food poisoning before, I would throw out the whole pack and call it a loss. I’m probably overreacting, but that pain is not worth ever repeating.

Cut it off or toss it out bacteria contaminated they didn’t catch it at the processing plant. USDA would stop the line if it was broken open.

Pseudomonas aeuriginosa is a water-loving pathogenic bacteria that produces a chemical that gives it a distinctive blush tint. I’d be tossing that one.
