Recipe: Japanese Cucumber Salad #สลัดแตงกวาญี่ปุ่น
Ingredients:
Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Thai-Choice Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Thai-Choice Minced Ginger 1 tsp
Thai-Choice Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Cucumber, thinly sliced 3 Cup
Canned tuna in brine, drained (use only the meat) 90 g
Salt 2 tsp
Sesame seeds to garnish
Red chilli to garnish

Directions:
1.Mix the sliced cucumbers with salt and gently rub or squeeze them to help release excess water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water 3 times, then drain well.
2. Combine Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar, Thai-Choice Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce, Thai-Choice Sesame Oil, Thai-Choice Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, Thai-Choice Minced Garlic, Thai-Choice Minced Ginger and Tuna in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
3. Pour dressing on to the cucumbers and toss to combine. Serve with red chilli and sesame seeds for garnish.
