Baked Spinach and Bacon Dip

That is just six slices of bacon that I cooked and chopped. A 9 oz package of spinach that I cooked and chopped. And I’ve got a little bit of red onion. I’m only going to take about a handful of this. Sprinkle that right on top. Give that a quick stir to mix those ingredients together. We’ve got a cutting board and a bowl with 8 oz of softened cream cheese. To that, I’m going to add a scoop of some sour cream right on top. Let that set there. I’m going to sprinkle with a little bit of some parmesan that I shredded. And I’ve got some mozzarella. I’m going to use some of this on the top. So, I’m just going to do a nice handful in there. Going to season with some salt. And I have paprika and some garlic powder. Sprinkle a nice amount of that right on top. We’re going to stir this together until everything is combined. Those ingredients are mixed together. So, I’m going to remove that cutting board and add that right on top of my bacon and spinach and that little bit of red onion. And then we’re going to mix this together till we get that completely combined. How easy is this? Just a few ingredients and full of flavor. I’ve got that mixed together. So, I’ve got a baking dish and I’m going to add all of those ingredients right into our baking dish. Scraping it out. Making sure we get it all in there. Spread that evenly in my baking dish. Set that spatula aside. I’ve got some more of that shredded mozzarella. So, I’m going to sprinkle a layer of that right on top. I have one more slice of bacon that I chopped and I’m just going to sprinkle that right on top. I have my oven set at 350 degrees. This is only going to take about 30 minutes. Our bacon and spinach dip is done. Look at that. It looks so good. I did let it cool a little bit. Oh yeah. Okay, I got to get my plate. Lay that right on there. Okay. You could use chips. You could do veggies. My favorite cracker is these wheat thins. So, that’s what I’m going to use. Look how hot that is. Oh, okay. This is absolutely delicious and so easy. Got to make this one. Yum.

  1. I've made something similar, it was delicious. I would have chopped the spinach into smaller pieces and why not dump the spinach mixture into the cheese instead of how she did it

  2. You had bacon spinach and whatever in the one bowl why didn't you just dump that into the creamy mixture instead of trying to put the creamy mixture into the dry bowl I'm confused

  3. What difference does it make? It all comes out the same. For fuks sake๐Ÿ˜ฎ.
On the same note i would have opted for chopped frozen spinach. Why cook yhe spinach twice?

  4. Looks great but I recommend u do not use plastic bowls. There are so many plastic nano particles that seep into our body over time. It is better to use glass or stainless steel. U can research this.

  6. Why do you make a tower and use a cutting board in between bowls? Itโ€™s not a very stable mixing platform and precludes getting any kids to help you because it is a accident created to happen. Always in love light and truth.โคโค

  7. Cream cheese is overrated and overused. It still looks delicious though I would skip the cream cheese and maybe replace with mascarpone. ๐Ÿ˜Š
