I've been eating 24 piece chicken bites from P Terry's, 900 calories, 126 grams of protein. I've been eating this, some skyr yogurt (highly recommended), and some vegetable every day after work and have been losing weight very easily. Also diet sodas.
It's so stupid, it's like I'm eating chicken nuggets and soda and ice cream (skyr) every day and just dropping the lbs. ezpz.

I always fit nuggets into my calories. idc idc idc it’s working for me and I don’t hate my life!!
There was a Dr that ate Twinkies and hohos, as long as he remained under a deficit he lost weight! I eat a rotisserie chicken, omad. Easy 20lbs in 8 weeks.
It might not be considered “healthy” but it’s not exactly *unhealthy* if you’re having that with a big side of veggies. Chicken is a good, lean protein.
If you find yourself at a stage where you can move past the “convenience” factor and want to save some money and maybe “health” it up a bit, chicken nuggets/tenders are really easy to make from chicken breast and cook in an air fryer, or even just buying frozen ones that aren’t overly processed and air frying. You’ll save some calories on that as well.
lmaoo if it works it works
Skyr is so good, good protein and tastes way better than Greek yogurt to me.
P Terry’s will lettuce wrap their burgers too.. both the cheeseburger and the chicken burger are super legit that way
It’s literally just CICO. You could eat nothing but cake every day and drop weight. Nuggets, skyr and veg doesn’t seem so bad lol
I’m a big fan of dino nugs. They’re nice to have on hand when I’m not really up for cooking anything and need to meet my protein goals. I need to try skyr. I usually have key lime greek yog w/vanilla protein granola for bfast, but I could use some variety.
P. Terry’s nuggets and burgers are so good! I usually do the smallest count of the nuggets but rock on with your big order.
