Let’s make some healthy Italian soup. We start with the trifecta of carrots, celery, and onions. Add your garlic, salt, and pepper. In your crock pot, you want to add beef broth, bone broth, and vegetable broth. And one cup of water. And because we’re all busy, you can make your meatballs, but we’re going to do turkey meatballs. So, we’ve got our broth, our mirror pua, our cut up spinach, an entire bag of spinach, your Italian spices, fresh garlic, and turkey in the slow cooker. Let it cook for the next 3 hours. So, the soup has been cooking for about 4 hours in the crock pot. Don’t forget, you can do this on the stove, too, if you’re in a hurry. So, what we’re going to do once it comes to a boil is we’re going to add a pack of nokis. I use the mini nokis. And you’re also going to add a container of cream and Italian dressing. Italian dressing. The dry Italian dressing. Then about 20 minutes before you serve, stir in a cup of grated Parmesan cheese and dinner is ready. [Music]
