What am I doing wrong?
I have had like 4 rounds of flowering since the first pepper has started growing and none else have grown peppers either. (Im a little tipsy. That doesnt sound correct lol)

Pollinate? If you don’t have pollinators, use a q-tip.
Judging by the color of the leaves, i think it needs more fertilizer. They should be a darker green. They look almost yellow
Inconsistent watering. Buy a water meter. Your plant can’t utilize any fertilizer you give it if you’re not watering properly. See attached video.

The plant does not look healthy to me. My guess is a major lack of regular fertilizer. I would also add calcium in liquid form. And increase watering. Start now . Probably too late to help much this year , but a chance to get soil ready for next year . Growing in pots requires more fert. Because it gets washed out the bottom .best wishes, happy gardening .
