There were several questions last time. I do use seasonings on many foods, but on my egg whites, I only use salt with them. I do weigh most of my foods and track my macros and calories. I eat salads with chicken and other items and I take vitamins (magnesium glycinate, D3, and K2), so I get enough nutrients.

    Use a nonstick pan, use silicone utensils so you don’t scratch it, cook in batches at least half and half to get fried egg discs instead of scrambled burnt egg whites. 1k of egg whites doesn’t sound too bad. Presentation and preparation are just horrible imo.

    So that’s about 110 grams of protein. Although, more like 90 grams since so much of it is stuck to the pan. But your body may not be absorbing all of it either because there’s so much of it at once. I’ve read that your body can absorb egg protein at about 3 grams per hour. So it would take about 30 hours to digest this. Meaning, some of it will probably leave your body before it’s absorbed.

    Just gonna say, carbs aren’t going to kill you.

    The best thing you can do for your body is to eat a *balanced* diet, and understand how nutrients fuel you. Eating hyper specific foods exclusively is not some sacrifice for being healthy. There is a *always* something you miss nutritionally when you do things like this, and the downsides of starving certain nutrients *far* exceeds whatever benefits you’re looking for.

    I recommend having a portion of veggies, protein, *and* carbs with every meal. If it’s weight you’re worried about, the best dietary adjustment you can do is to not eat between meal times. If it’s some attempt at hyper protein-based body builder diet, then maybe take a step back and consider how eating *healthy* is actually going to reinforce the enjoyment you can get out of exercise.
