    Pastrami is smoked brisket just brined. I’ve made both and they are equally delicious in their own right!

    That unmelted cheese is a problem.

    1. BBQ does not require cheese.

    2. If you are going to put cheese on a hot sandwich, it better be melty. Come on.

    Pastrami with sauerkraut, holy god! Not taking anything away from “normal” brisket, but pastrami is another level. Especially fatty pastrami with something vinegar 🤤
