I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Izakaya Juraku. I initially considered Ichiran Ramen but decided head to Izakaya Juraku instead which I found through r/foodnyc. I was pleasantly surprised by the lively atmosphere, which felt very much like how an NYC izakaya should be.

The menu was accessible via a QR code and offered a huge selection of food. I tried the shrimp, scallops, and beef skewers, all of which were delicious. I also had the wings the Shake Sack fries, which come in a bag with wasabi salt for mixing and a side of mayo for dipping—they were great!

While I didn't have any drinks, I saw a Sake Bomb being made, and it looked impressive. I'm definitely planning to try one and some ramen on my next visit. They also serve large bowls of ramen and wings, which I'd be interested in trying if I weren't so focused on the skewers this time.

Overall, I had a fantastic meal and highly recommend Izakaya Juraku. Reservations are suggested.
