We are lucky to have chef Fardad (and his younger brother who makes the pastry) in Los Angeles. The space reflects his authenticity and grace. From the linens to the custom candles in the bathrooms, every detail is considered. Wolfgang Puck was the only other chef who came to mind during my visit. All of the dishes, cocktails, and rosé were delicious.
