Ingredients:
– Slow cooked organic chicken breast and thigh. 2 breasts + 4 thighs. You cooked also bake this and chop small.
– Raddichio – half a regular sized head, sliced very thinly
– Butter lettuce for the lettuce wrap
– Walnuts 3/4 cup chopped small
– Red onion heaping half cup chopped
– Apple – 1 large
– Celery – 5 long stalks chopped
– Ripe Avocado
– Olive oil
– Sea salt + pepper to taste
– WildBrine sauerkraut – 3 Tbsp with the brine
– Lots of fresh dill
Mix together well and spoon into lettuce cups. Enjoy!
