Hey guys, today we’re making pan fried glazed teriyak salmon using simple ingredients found at your local Asian grocery store. I start by boiling out some Japanese sake. Then add dashi and chopped ginger, followed by the salmon fillets. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Then I add sweetener and let it cook for another 2 to 4 minutes. Finally, I pour in soy sauce and simmer for two more minutes. Once done, I plate the salmon over rice, reduce the sauce until it forms a glaze, spoon it over the top, and garnish with green onions.
