Distinguished guests were treated to a three-course gourmet concept inspired by the real cuisine you can enjoy on board an Air France flight. Breakfast amuse-bouches—delicious truffled eggs with smoked-salmon mille feuilles—were followed by a sprawling cheese and bread course punctuated by over six fromages and all the accoutrements you could dream of (crackers, honeycomb, pickles, preserves and more), and, finally, the dining experience was finished off with a few rounds of dinner bites like a foie gras bonbon and tuna tartare tartlet.
