Ingredients:
▢2 tbsp Olive oil
▢3 cloves Garlic, minced
▢3 Carrots, shredded

Sauté the garlic for a minute. Then, add in the carrot and cook for 5 to 8 minutes until soft.
Turn the heat off and let it cool completely.
Mix with the Greek yogurt and add salt. Add to a serving dish and top with olive oil. You can serve this dish on its own or with a side of pita or lavash bread.
