Had some leftover cavatappi and vodka sauce in the pantry/fridge. Cooked it up and thought I'd try this Minerva spiced tin with it. I'm pretty disappointed honestly. I had a KO Spanish style tin of deenz for lunch earlier and it was way more flavorful. This Minerva tin is pretty dry and lacking salt. Part of a World Market haul I was hoping would be worth the extra bucks.

    I toss these into fried rice. Drain the oil first for the frying. I think the fish are bodied nicely, though.
