Brioche bun, lightly toasted, Triple patties of 20% Fat mince, with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder. Slow cooked onions and I added Heinz Morley’s Fried Chicken Sauce too. Its a banger in a cheeseburger.
Very happy with the results. Held together well and my guests loved them!
