Does Turkish pday just might be better than pizza? That’s a bold statement. You know there are Italians on the internet, right? Yeah, that is a bold statement. And if you live in Italy and say that, be careful. Yeast water mixture and some olive oil in a stand mixer. Mix yeast water mixture, flour, and olive oil with my organic stand mixer. Bloody lema fork. It’s in every video, isn’t it? Rest for about 30 minutes. Shape each part into a ball. Press for 30 minutes. Shape each part into a ball. Grind onions, bell peppers, and parsley in a food processor. onion, bell pepper, parsley in a food processor, tomato, red pepper paste, diced tomatoes, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Uh, black pepper and salt. Chopping everything up and adding this to the meat raw. It’s kind of looking more like a meatloaf. Long oval shapes. Then add your topping. Roll into oval shape and add in my topping. Pinch the ends together. Then fold over the remaining edges. Rolling over the sides and pinching the edges. Bake this in a pan placed at the very bottom of a piping hot oven for about 8 to 12 minutes. We’ll put it on a pizza stone with the oven on its highest for 10 minutes. The edges with butter. Slice it up and enjoy. I’ll top them off with some of my never- ending ralet. And let’s give it a taste in 113. They don’t look that bad actually. And if you make these a little differently, you can make these into like a little empanada. Damn, it actually is better than pizza. Look, this one looks like a canoe from the future. N out of 10. All right, thank you. They do look delicious. Let me know guys if you want me to remake this video down below.

  1. Yes, make this and a espanada. I like Future's fork. I feel like it's why he was watched at the beginning…something you don't see everyday. He has changed his routine a little bit. He doesn't mix the ingredients on the couch anymore. He used to do that a lot.

  2. Yes remake it and do it but turn it into an empanada and since it basically a pizza just shaped different from what I can see try turning it into a pizza 😂a lot of work but really you can't tell me that it really isn't a pizza that they just pinched up the edges.

  3. an utterly pointless video, may as well just watch the original. stealing a living. you need to be called out on this. you add ZERO value

  4. We have something like that in Sweden and Finland. It's called a PIROG and is a type of pie. You fill em with ground beef and cheese mostly. I think it's called pierogi pirogi in English. 🥟

  5. Sure, I'd love to see you make this on your channel. But add a twist – make them the way they were shown AND 1 that YOU'D consider as a Spanish version of this (ingredients, spices, and flavour profile). I usually order 1 of these (they're quite cheap) with butter, salty cheese and an egg (runny yolk) and mix. Quite delicious, just like a Margherita Pizza. Simplicity is often best.

  6. Yes please make 2 versions, one as the video demonstrates amd another with yout unique twist on it.

  7. I've had pide. It's different and equally delicious to pizza. Or if tomato didn't agree with you, yes, it's better. The meat is ground more finely than typical North American ground beef and is spread in a really thin layer on the crust.

  8. These do look good. I wouldn't push my luck by calling it better than pizza in Italy, but I'd love to see your take on this recipe.

  9. James. This is actually a legit recipe from Turkey. They have many different variations and normaly the meat is cooked on a huge skewer over a charcoal and then baked on that flatbread. The name is Etil Ekmek if I remember correctly.
