Stop buying potato chips and make them better, cheaper, and healthier right at home. That is so crunchy and delicious. Cut your potatoes into thin slices. You could use a knife or a mandolin. Whatever you choose, just watch your hands and be safe. Nice and thin, just like this. Now, grab some cold water, some ice, add your potatoes, and let them soak for 10 minutes. This helps remove the starch and give you a crispy potato chip. In the meantime, boil some water in a pot. Add your potatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Now pat dry them with a paper towel. Hit it with some oil. Bake them or air fry them until crispy. Now add them to a bowl. Hit it with your favorite seasoning. I’m using Danos’s chili lime. Give it a good toss and enjoy.

  1. Fiz. Muito bom, nota 9/10. Não sei se tive problemas por minha airfryer ser de um jeito ou se todas as airfryers dão o mesmo resultado, mas eu tive que fazer várias e várias vezes pois a airfryer não fazia direito acima de 2 camadas de batata enquanto diretamente no óleo seria muito mais rápido. Anyways, continuou bom, só precisa ter paciência.
