

Simple burrito w/ an unseen protein lemonade on the side. Calories aren’t exactly where I want them to be , but I have a bag of regular tortillas I need to get through first.
INGREDIENTS:
– GV Large Tortilla (Walmart)
– GV Philly Steak Slices (Walmart)
– GV frozen bell peppers and onions (Walmart)
– Whipped Cottage Cheese
– I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
– Seasonings (Kinders: The Blend / Onion Powder / Crushed Red Peppers)
RECIPE:
1. Brown up 2 pucks of the Philly steak meat and 3 oz of bell peppers. (Season to taste)
While the meat is cooking, take 1 tortilla and smear 100 grams of cottage cheese on the entire tortilla and once the meat is crispy, place the meat in the tortilla.
Wrap it up, spray with a light dusting of the butter spray and sear until it’s golden brown.
Tidbits : If it ends up too spicy, slap some plain Greek yogurt in that bad boi .
