Thaw some raw shrimp, melt some butter and garlic on a frying pan, cook the shrimp on medium-high until solid pink 🙂

    My shrimp go-to:

    -EVOO
    -Shrimp
    -Once only a tiny bit grey left, squeeze lemon/lime over it
    -Serve immediately

    The shrimp will finish cooking from the residual heat. That way you don’t get rubbery shrimp.

    I do the same but add in lots of minced garlic as well.
    Works with scallops equally as well.
