Mayfield Hotel Seoul will hold the 22nd Dionysos Wine Fair on September 20 and 21. The theme is Journey to the Wild South.
Collaborate with the South African Embassy in Korea to introduce the charm and culture of South African wine. More than 200 wines from around the world are added to the South African selection selected with the embassy.
The composition of gourmet food is also close to local style. The traditional South African-style grilled lamb barbecue, handmade sausage boreworth, and flavorful Biltong beef jerky go well with wine.

We also prepared a performance. The DJ stage containing the South African rhythm and the live performance of the modern pop band will be combined to fill the early autumn evening. The lottery event included accommodation tickets for Da Nang and Nha Trang resorts, accommodation tickets for Mayfield Hotel, silver coins commemorating Nelson Mandela, and premium South African wines.
The Dionysus Wine Fair is a seasonal wine event held by the Mayfield Hotel. It has met the expectations of wine lovers with a different theme and pairing (combination) every time. Lee Sun-woo, head of the Mayfield Hotel’s marketing department, said, “We have collaborated with the Embassy of South Africa to become a venue for exchanges where gastronomy and culture are combined. We look forward to expanding beyond wine events into new cultural experiences.”
