This sweet bread will completely change the way you think about homemade bread! I’m sharing a method that makes it incredibly soft, fluffy, and bursting with cinnamon and raisin flavor. You’ll see just how easy it is to make, and the result is absolutely worth it.

*Ingredients:*

* Milk – ¾ cup (180g)
* Fresh yeast – 1 ½ tsp. (6g) or dry yeast – 1 tsp. (3g)
* One egg
* Bread flour – 3 cups (350g)
* Salt – ½ tsp.
* Sugar – 4 tbsp. (50g)
* Vegetable or seed oil – 3 tbsp. (40g)

For the filling:

* Brown sugar – ½ cup (100g)
* Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp.
* Softened butter – 1½ tbsp. (20g)
* Raisins – ¾ cup (120g)

From the first knead to the final bake, the dough feels so soft and elastic, almost like working with clouds. The aroma of cinnamon and sugar fills the kitchen while the bread rises and bakes. Every bite is light, tender, and full of comforting sweetness that melts in your mouth.
