My first attempt at Buttercream Cookies! Decided to do Woodland Animals. I have done royal icing a few times and was getting decent. I am not the biggest fan of the flavor of royal icing and it's such a pain to get the perfect thickness. Went back to my cake decorating roots from a decade ago to try something new.
