I made about 40 meatballs.
2 lb ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
4 tablespoons chopped parsley or basil
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 or 1 cup chicken stock (optional)
All other ingredients that I used in the meatballs were my own personal preference but optional. For instance, adding ground fennel seeds and hemp seeds is a way to add extra protein and other vitamins like Omega 3. Most times I add red pepper flakes for a touch of spice.
Other ingredients that can be used/added/substituted are Lipton onion soup and Worcestershire sauce. As I do use those particular ingredients in other recipes such as meatloaf. They can be good in meatball as just as well. π

You hv to season turkey well bcuz its so bland. Only thing missing was smoked paprika. Unless I missed it. πππ€€
I heard risotto is hard to make bcuz it has to be baby sat but u made it look so simple π
