One of my favorite jobs when I worked in restaurants was the vegetable station. And what I learned during my time there was that the simplest dishes that were made well were the most popular. Like this easy parmesan roasted asparagus. I almost didn’t even post this cuz like it’s so easy, but I did because it is that good. Delicious vegetables don’t have to be hard to make. Yum!
Was there another side you’d make to pair with it?
you say "find the recipe in the caption", firstly the caption in YouTube is the subtitles, Secondly if you referring to the description, an acceptable imply, AT LEAST have your recipe there, like you say, or if you really just want to lure us to your website, then at least put a direct link to the recipe there, instead of having us to jump around trying to find it. OR DON'T SAY "recipe in the caption"

👉👉If you post a cooking video. How hard is it to write out the recipe in comments and pin it to the TOP??
poor kelly, forgot the recipe now gets hate 😂 but yeah, that's kinda hard
It was in her website in her YouTube channel.
1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation:
STEP 1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
STEP 2.
Place the asparagus on parchment lined sheet tray and coat with the olive oil and salt and pepper. Top with the parmesan and transfer to the oven. Roast for 12-15 minutes until fork tender.
STEP 3.
Squeeze lemon juice to finish and serve!
lol I’ve always wanted to know how to cook asparagus ❤
I am glad you made a cooking video without naming the ingredients and steps, just talking about other barely related stuff and then point to the recipe in the caption, but its actually a link to the website with the recipe. How inconvinient and dishonest can you make it to advertise your website in a short …
Way too much salt!!
