Greatings from italy, first time cooking pork ribs.

Paprika based rub.
2.45h at 150°C
1h wrapped with butten and honey
30 minutes for final glaze

It was fun, came out very flavoured and tender. Can't wait to try again.

  2. Usually the ribs pull back 1/2 inch or more on the bone when cooked long enough. These haven’t done that. Wondering if they had rendered down the connective tissue.

    I don’t glaze my ribs since I prefer them dry but I really like the looks of that so I am going to try and see if I can get your results. Mind sharing the paprika rub?
