Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. In my kitchen, let’s get straight to making our delicious dessert. Into our pot, I’m adding 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 tbsp of flour, one egg yolk, and one cup of sugar. Now, I’m adding 5 cups of milk to the pot. And before it hits the heat, I’m going to give it a really good whisk. All right, let’s put our pot on the stove. We’ll keep stirring until it starts to boil. Our pudding has reached those lovely little bubbles. See, it’s starting to boil. Once it starts boiling, we’ll keep it on for just one more minute, then take it off the heat. Let’s let our pudding cool for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grab a pack of biscuits and let’s get them into the food processor. You can really use any cookie you like for this dessert. And now we’re going to process these until they’re like a fine crumble. Let’s add a packet of whipped cream topping mix and give it a good whip with our mixer. I’m going to be making these in these cute little cups. Feel free to use whatever serving dishes you like. So, I’m just going to grab a scoop here. I’m adding a scoop of our pudding into each cup. And here’s the second cup ready to go. Now, let’s add a spoonful of our crushed biscuit topping to each one. I’m just placing these sliced banana pieces around the edges. Now we’re going to evenly distribute the remaining pudding amongst them. and topping it off again with my biscuit crumble. I’m going to add some banana slices for garnish and then pop these into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours. Let them rest. Our chilled dessert is ready. And I really want to show you the consistency. They turned out amazing. If you enyed.
