For another easy weekn night dinner, we’ll be making this creamy salmon pasta. To a bowl, we’ll be adding in two pieces of salmon cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzle in a bit of oil. We’ll be seasoning our fish with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and thyme. Rub in the seasonings and set aside. Bring your large pot of water to a boil and once boiling, pour in some salt. Then we’re going to go ahead and boil a 16oz box of linguini for 8 to 10 minutes. While our pasta boils, we’re going to set a large pan over medium heat and drizzle in a tablespoon of oil. We’ll also be dropping in and melting down 3 tablesp of butter. Once our butter has melted, set in our salmon and allow to cook for 2 minutes. After cooking for 2 minutes, flip the salmon and repeat on all sides. Once our salmon is fully cooked through, remove them to a plate and set aside. To our same pan, dump in three minced garlic cloves and stir that in for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Now, just pour in two cups of heavy cream and whisk in one cup of Parmesan cheese. We’ll also be whisking in some Italian seasoning and some ground black pepper. Let that thicken up for about 5 minutes before tossing in and coating our cooked linguini. Now just top our pasta with our salmon bites. Sprinkle on some chopped parsley. And our salmon pasta is ready to serve. And enjoy.
