Thoughts!? Found this lunch special at a little sushi joint by my office in Brooklyn around a month ago and my diet has suddenly become a lot more fish-forward. Lol. Comes with miso soup or salad btw. Also, are those two white sashimi pieces escolar?

Similiar to my special but mine has a California roll with it for 21$ . I get it multiple times a week too 😂

Seems solid especially for that price. Be careful about eating too much fish though (like everyday), they (especially tuna) contain higher amounts of mercury which isnt ideal long term. Its fine in moderation though (not that anyone would want to eat sushi in moderation lol)

Twice a week though seems pretty safe. Looks like only three oekves of tuna here. And they’re not huge.

I seriously need to leave this sub. Yall make me crave sushi so so bad almost everyday. I can’t afford thissssss on a daily basis 😭😭😭

Delicious, and not a bad price, but unfortunately not very filling. My biggest weakness is that I could eat about a dozen of those and enjoy every bite, but I hate to think what that would do to my bank account.

I’d get this every time I decide not to bring a lunch

I wish i can afford eating lots of sushi 3-4 nights a week.

Those two pieces do suspiciously look like escolar aka white tuna; in which case unless they are seared you need to add in the price or excess tp usage to the overall cost.

    Is jealousy an opinion?

That would set me back $20+ where I am, and it’s kind of the perfect amount for a light lunch. That being said, I handle escolar pretty well, so I’m not even mad at the selection.

Great price looks like decent quality fish

  11. This would easily be $24+ where I am. So this is a great deal and I wish I had it
