This is a new starter I made about two weeks ago. I’ve made sourdough bread before but it never rose enough and I think it’s because my starter wasn’t ready. Does this look good or should I feed it more/less?

As a general rule . . . you can’t say the biological warfare is over and the good guys have won, until about week three.
But sure, I made my first loaf on day two. Then had a crappy spell. Then Bonita settled out and is now almost three years and eight months old. I start mixing loaves 535 and 536 . . . in about two minutes. (On my birthday no less.)
Have at it. It can only get better.

What ratio are you feeding it? It looks very acidic.

you need to feed your starter thicker feeds. Larger ratios and use less water.

no; no strength; too much water. You need Rescue 911! You need 1:2:1 with whole wheat and go from there. Your consistency between pancakes batter and biscuits. Should rise double 4 – 6 hours.
