    # Ingredients

    * 1 lb. Ground pork
    * 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    * 1 cup shredded zucchinis
    * 1 egg
    * 1 tsp garlic powder
    * 2 tsp Italian herbs
    * Salt and pepper, to taste
    * ½ cup sugar-free tomato sauce
    * ½ cup shredded mozzarella or gouda cheese

    # Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. In a bowl, combine pork, mozzarella, zucchinis, eggs, and spices.
    3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and arrange into a casserole dish.
    4. Bake the meatballs for 30 minutes.
