So this is garlic, cayenne pepper, and complete seasoning. I had all those together to put on the meat to seasoning my meat first. Okay. It’s like I marinate my meat, guys. So then I add one cube of my ghee. So marinade and I keep mixing everything like you guys see on the picture. I have my onion, green pepper, yellow pepper, tomato, parsley, garlic. That’s all I have on the plate. Okay guys, so this is Asian apes. Okay guys, that’s Asian seasoning name a So, I think you guys can see the picture of all the stuff I’m going to use on the recipe. Okay, guys. Then I chopped them and I put it on the plate so you guys can see it again. So this is burger s. Okay. So I put my butter. Okay guys. And then I add my onion. [Music] So, I let the onion and therefore a little bit guys, not a lot because it’s going to cook with everything together. I just like it to do a little bit cook first. So, I put it first. Otherwise, I could have put everything at the same time, you know. [Music] When you fry your onion first, it give you a good smell in the house like something is cooking in here guys. If you if you walk outside, you can or you pass, you can still smell the food, you know, cooking. You’re like, “Oh, somebody’s making a Haitian food somewhere.” You know, so the pan was too small. When I have to add the meat, I realized that. So, I use the other big one instead of the small one. Okay, guys. When I have to add the meat, that’s when I realized the pen was too small. So, I have to switch it. Okay. auton. [Music] I add some extra virgin olive oil. But if you have different kind, you can use it. But if you want to, you can put the oil before you put the butter, all those stuff. But me, I don’t want my my olive oil to fry. So I do it like this. Okay, guys. And then I add a little bit salt on it. Okay, guys. [Music] So, always make sure this is so good and taste good because if it’s not good, the mac and cheese is not going to be good. Yeah. So guys, this is it. It’s boiled. So you can see how it look like. Everything is looking good. The meat start looking yummy. Make me want to try. I want one. So this is tomato paste. Okay guys, so the meat is tastes so good. So it’s just telling me to eat, eat, eat. You know, I keep trying it. [Laughter] I think go to him. Go. So [Music] So, so here was after church I make the mac and cheese. So that’s why I’m feeling so hungry. I keep feeling eat it, eat it, eat it, eat it. So I don’t want to stop. I keep trying it, guys. I can’t stop, you know. And look at it. It looks so good and so yummy, guys. It make me want to get a plate and get some. So, what I’m going to do is get a plate and get a little bit and eat it with my bread. I want to show you guys how I do. Okay, this is what I do. If you do that before, let me know. So this is the water for the mac and cheese. So now we’re making the cream. Okay, we’re making the sauce for the mac and cheese. It’s like a cream cheese sauce, you know. We making So that’s what I’m doing right now. [Music] Guys, this is Canadian milk I use. So for the total of making um Canian milk, I use three of them. So, [Music] okay. So, this is it. This is Parmesan cheese I’m using right now. And I use some of the uh I use some of the la cow cheese. So for Okay guys, so I think all Asian love this cheese. It’s good. You can use it on bread everything. Okay. So, I put mozzarella cheese like you can put the best cheese you like. It doesn’t have a specific cheese. That’s cream cheese right now.
