I recently made this really nice and filling dessert (340cal, 35g Protein) which is also quite simple thus perfect for meal prep.

You can switch up the toppings for more variety.

Ingredients:
250g Magerquark / 0% Greek Yogurt
30g Porridge / Oats (I prefer porridge for a smoother texture)
Add Water depending on wished consistency
Add sweetener of your choice (mine was a dark cookie crumble flavour)
12,5g 90% chocolate grated on top with a cheese grater

I let it sit in the fridge overnight for better consistency.

  1. 340 calories for a dessert is pretty excessive for someone eating in maintenance or cutting. if you’re bulking, good on you.

  2. What exactly do you think is the difference between Oats and Porridge?

    Quark hat keine richtige Übersetzung (wobei Curd Cheese geht) aber denke Magerquark wäre im Zweifel Low fat oder skimmed Quark.
