Arsenio, a dedicated organic olive oil producer based in Italy, has achieved a Gold Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The recognition was given for their Ora extra virgin olive oil, which is cultivated in the Florentine hills.

The NYIOOC, known as the World Olive Oil Competition, is a prestigious event that evaluates olive oils from around the globe. Arsenio’s commitment to organic farming and environmental sustainability is reflected in their meticulous approach to olive cultivation and harvesting.

The producer’s grove in Italy contains four different olive varieties, each harvested at optimal ripeness to balance fruitiness, bitterness, spiciness, and sweetness. Arsenio emphasizes the importance of same-day pressing to prevent deterioration of the olives, ensuring the quality of their oil.

The Gold Award at the NYIOOC highlights Arsenio’s dedication to producing high-quality organic olive oil while maintaining environmentally friendly practices.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
