If you’re not making your salmon like this, then you’re just making it wrong. This is honey soy glazed salmon, and you’re going to love it. We’re going to start with 6 oz salmon fillets. We’re going to salt and pepper both sides of those and get that into a hot pan with some olive oil. Make sure you sear off both sides. We’re going to transfer that to a 350° oven for about 10 minutes. In that same saucepan, we’re going to add two tablespoons of butter, two cloves of chopped garlic, and one teaspoon of minced ginger. Hit that with just a touch of ground pepper. And we’re going to add a/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 cup of honey. We’re going to cook that down and let that thicken up just enough to make a nice coating for our salmon. And once that salmon comes out of the oven, give it a nice thick coating on the flesh side. We’re going to get that down on a plate. Give that a little garnish and we’re going to serve that up. No need to do anything else to dress this up. All the flavor is in that salmon. Your fans are going to love it. The family’s going to come back for more. You’re probably going to eat, too.
