So I was at Morrisons the other day (British supermarket) and I grabbed these mini saver pizza for £0.56

The label says:

290 kcal

10.4 g protein

per pizza (111 g)

That would mean if you ate 3 of them (about £1.68), you’d get ~34 g of protein for under 1000 calories. That’s basically whey powder levels of cheap protein, which seems too good to be true?

The ingredients are literally just: pizza base, tomato sauce, mozzarella & cheddar. How does a little mini pizza end up with 10–11 g of protein? Is it just the flour (gluten) plus a bit of cheese adding up?

Is the nutrition label off? They're like the size of a small child's hand and can be essential inhaled in less than a second

That’s normal. Look at Trader Joe’s bambino pizza which is similar (actually has more protein and fewer calories).
