These are 1. Nuri sardines in spiced olive oil (my favorite),
2. Berthe Tartinade de Sardine paté topped with some chili crisp,
3. King Oscar Mackerel Mediterranean Style, and
4. Salmon… but I cannot remember which one (it was just okay, anyway)

    My plates are usually just sardines and some export sodas or Cuban crackers. You plus it up nicely with the sides.
