These are 1. Nuri sardines in spiced olive oil (my favorite),
2. Berthe Tartinade de Sardine paté topped with some chili crisp,
3. King Oscar Mackerel Mediterranean Style, and
4. Salmon… but I cannot remember which one (it was just okay, anyway)

What do you do to the lemon op?
My plates are usually just sardines and some export sodas or Cuban crackers. You plus it up nicely with the sides.
That’s a gorgeous spread. Quality bread is a difference maker with any food. Never added grilled lemon, but now I have to. Well done
