Finally got around to trying Amboy. Was a good experience overall but found the patty pretty under seasoned, with no salt in sight. The “thick cut bacon” was anything but that first word. Fries were unremarkable, feeling very Sysco in origin. The bun and the crispy char on the patty stole the whole show.
